Azerbaijan, Baku, 14 March / Trend / The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued a deccree which envisages measures to be taken on the Bill on 'Amendments and supplements in the Administrative Contravention Code' from 25 December 2007.
The decree stated that the Cabinet of Ministers is commissioned to develop the amendments and supplements proposals for a month to be submitted to the President. The Government and relevant departments of the Executive Power were also commissioned to implement standard legal acts in compliance with the new demands..
Furthermore, the decreee indicated which Ministries and State departments are responsible for the implementation of the different Articles of the Bill.
