Genocide – Imaginary History Well Propagandized by Armenian Diaspora –Turkish Ambassador

Azerbaijan, Baku, 9 April / Trend / Genocide is an imaginary history well propagandized by Armenian diaspora, as quoted in ITV by the Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic.

According to the Ambassador, the genocide which is being so much discussed and disputed in the world's media was not committed by Turks against Armenians, but it was vice versa. Historians should find out who actually was the genocide victim.

" Turkey provided access to its historical archive. If Armenia has nothing to conceal then it should also provide its facts on the genocide," Kilic said.

The diplomat said that the truth about the genocide cannot be popularized just through huge financing of the lobby. The world's community should not pay much attention to the events that happened 100 years ago. If somebody wants to know who the genocide victim was, it is just enough to glance at Azerbaijan's history of 15 years ago - Nagorno-Karabakh, Khojali.

On 24 April, Armenians mark imagined Memory Day of Genocide Victims. Armenians allege that from 1915 to 1923, the Turkish Government killed over 1.5mln Armenians.
