Azerbaijan, Ganja, 9 April / Trend corr. V.Mammadov /The Ganja-based office of the opposition Musavat party will appeal to the chairmen of regional offices of other opposition parties to establish Coordination Council, Jahangir Amirkhanli, curator of Musavat in western regions, stated to Trend .

The Coordination Council was founded by the regional offices of opposition parties in order to strengthen their activities for upcoming presidential elections in the country.

According to Amirkhanli, the reason for delay is that the parties united in the Azadlig bloc have not taken any decision about their participation in the elections. "We cooperate with the Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (DPA) and Citizen and Development party. However, these parties have not specified their participation in the elections," Amirkhanli stated.

Activities of most of the opposition parties in Ganja, except Musavat, are passive.
