France, Strasburg, 14 April / Trend corr. A.Maharramli / Candidature of the judge to the European Court for Human rights from Azerbaijan was approved during the meeting of PACE Bureau. According to Samad Seidov, head of the Azerbaijani Delegation to PACE, Bureau has elected the candidature of Khanlar Hajiyev to the post.
"Hajiyev was elected, taking into consideration that he was most experienced candidature among the others," Seidov said.
The candidature of Khanlar Hajiyev, Rovshan Ismailov and Saadat Yusifova, member of Lawyers Confederation, were submitted to the European Court for Human rights from Azerbaijan.
The issue will be discussed in PACE session from 15 April, in Strasburg.
