According to him, the Council will watchdog the presidential elections in all 125 elections districts and set of election centres. A parallel account of votes and exit-poll will be held, as well as a connection with the candidates and their election headquarters will be established and a hot line will be opened.

Abdullayeva stated that the negotiations are being held with the Embassies of the United States, Britain, OSCE and Council of Europe in Azerbaijan to implement these measures.

Coordination Consultative Council has not received any financial support to implement these measures so far.

Monitoring, been held since 1998 by NGO For citizen society, will also supervise after the presidential elections, but will not hold exit-poll. "Exit-poll is a complex procedure, which needs financial funds. Furthermore, exit-poll did not approved itself in Azerbaijan, and therefore, we consider there is no need to hold it," Eldar Ismayilov, NGO head stated Trend .

According to Ismayilov, NGO For Citizen Society will watchdog after the presidential elections in almost 30% of election stations.
