The book by Adel al-Falah, the deputy minister of Aqwaf and Islamic Affairs of Kuwait is dedicated to the many-sided political, social and diplomatic activities of former president of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.
The book is published in Arabic, Azerbaijani and Russian languages.
Sheik-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade, the head of the Caucasus Muslims Clerical Board, Hidayat Orujov, the chairman of Committee for Religious Associations of Azerbaijan, and heads of different faiths and social and religious leaders took part in the presentation ceremony.
