Israel, Jerusalem, 15 May /corr. Trend R.Abdullayev / Former head of military intelligible service of Israel, Aaron Zeevi-Farkash calls on international community not to allow Iran to acquire nuclear weapons. "The international community should prevent appearance of a nuclear Iran," Zeevi-Farkash reported to Trend on 15 May.

The UN Security Council passed three resolutions with regards to Iran, accusing Tehran of its intentions to create nuclear weapons, and required to stop uranium enrichment program. However, Tehran denies the Security Council's sanctions, highlighting peaceful character of its nuclear program.

"Nuclear Iran will fully change the geo-political situation in Middle East, practically the whole situation in the system of international relations," Lieutenant General, Zeevi-Farkash, said.

According to him, Israel is especially concerned about the problems with the political future of the moderate Arab regimes in Egypt and Jordan where the influence of radical fundamentalists increases.

According to the Israeli General, by means of Syria and Hezbollah in Lebanon, Iran split the Arab world. "Today Arab world is governed by non-Arab forces," the Israeli General said.

Recently the former US Secretary of State, Henry Kissinger, said to Trend that if Iran becomes a nuclear state, the nuclear weapons will spread to many fundamentalist regimes of Middle East. "Threats of nuclear Iran are dangers for not only national security of Israel, but also viability of the whole international and world security system," Kissinger said.
