Azerbaijan, Baku, 16 April / corr Trend M.Aliyev / A protest was staged in Nardaran, located 30km from Baku, on 16 May to protest against the opening of Israel-Azerbaijan friendship park in Baku on 18 May.
The protesters were shouting slogans- "Allahu akbar!", and " Israel's Downfall!", " America's Downfall!". Addressing the rally, Haji Ali Huseynov decisively condemned opening of such park, reminding that 18 May is an occupation day of Lachin.
At the end of the rally, the protestors burnt flags of Israel and the United States.
Around 30 people participated in the rally.
