Azerbaijan, Baku. 10 June / corr. Trend K. Zarbaliyeva/ The results of the physical examination conducted in Moscow on the dead body of Naila Majidova, 14-year old resident of Dag Biliji village of Davachi region has become known. Naila Majidova has been missing since 6 August 2007.
The physical examination confirmed that the dead body found in Samur-Absheron channel on 9 August is Naila Majidova, the spokesman of the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan Vugar Aliyev said to Trend .
The residents of Dag Biliji village 7-year old Reyhana Majidova and 14-year old Naila Majidova got missed in 2007.
The parents of the missed girls did not confirm that one of the dead bodies found is their elder daughter and they demanded exhumation.
The exhumation took place on 27 November and the body was sent to Moscow for the physical examination.
The legal proceedings have instituted in the Investigation Department for Heinous Crimes of the Prosecutor General's Office into the willful murder article of the Penal Code. The investigation is going on.
The residents of Dalagah village of Davachi region of Azerbaijan Tevekkul and Elnur Ismayilov have been detained as suspects.
