Azerbaijan, Baku, 13 June / Trend / At the invitation of his Polish colleague, Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov, made a two-day visit to the Country, Foreign Ministry's Press Service reported on 13 June.
The meeting with the Polish Foreign Minister, Radoslav Sikorski, focused on the bilateral, regional and international issues. The Polish Minister notified Mammadyarov of his country's firm position supporting territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement. Sikorski said that Poland is interested both in bilateral co-operation with Azerbaijan and in format of Vishegrad + GUAM and Vishegrad + Azerbaijan. Within his visit, Azerbaijani Minister also met with the Marshal of Polish Senate, Bogdan Borusevich. The sides highlighted importance of strengthening commercial and economic co-operation.
