Azerbaijan, Baku, 26 June / Trend / Due to 90th anniversary of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan Republic, on 25 June, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to award a large group of servicemen of the Armed Forces for special services for protection and preservation of independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, for distinguished services whilst fulfilment of official duties and tasks.
According to the decree, 9 people were awarded with order 'Banner of Azerbaijan', 21 people with medal 'For Fatherland', 9 people with medal 'For Courage' and 37 people with medal 'For Military Services'.
