Explosion Kills Six Children in Afghan Province, 15 Injured

Afghanistan, Kabul, 15 September / Trend corr A.Hakimi/ A bomb explosion in the Gazni Province in Afghanistan killed at least six people, about 15 sustained injuries.

The explosion took place nearby a bridge in the Senai village in Andar region in the second half of Sunday.

"The health condition of seven injured people, who were hospitalized, was critical," Abdul Rahim Disival, head of Andar, said.

Disival blamed governmental opponents for the act. He said the explosion occurred when a group of children assembled on the bridge.

The killed children aged between 5 and 15, he said.

Senai is located 2.5km from Andar.

Minors several times became victims of countrywide bombardment, militant and foreign troop attacks.
