Afghanistan, Kabul, 23 September / Trend corr. A. Hakimi / The Governor and Commander in Chief of Rekistan Province (Afghanistan) has died in mine blast. Besides them, five people were wounded as a result of the incident.
The blast took place at the road leading from Sepin Buldik region to Rekistan.
Taliban holds responsibility for the blast, Yusif Ahmadi, a representative of the radical Taliban movement said.
The blast killed five people, Ahmadi said.
