Turkey will send 7,000 special police officers to struggle against the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), Turkey's Haber 7 news agency said.
The decision to involve special police officers in struggle against PKK proceeded from the order of the Turkish Armed Forces. The special police officers will serve at Turkish region's bordering on Iraq.
