Independent Consultation and Assistance Center for Civil Society Conducting Exit-Poll Says 14.6% of Voters Take Part in Presidential Vote
Azerbaijan, Baku, 15 October/ Trend , corr S. Javadsoy/ Independent Consultation and Assistance Center for Civil Society who is conducting exit-poll in presidential vote, the activity of voters makes up 14.6%.
The coordinator of the organization Rasul Huseynov said to Trend that observers face no obstacles in conducting exit-poll in the polling stations.
Independent Consultation and Assistance Center for Civil Society, Democratic Elections Center, Intellekt Studies Center, Political Information and Technologies Center, Center for Azerbaijan's Regional Development public unions cover great part of monitoring and exit-poll in polling stations to contribute to canvassing, to eliminate discrepancy in local and international opinion. The Coalition focuses mainly on two directions. Monitoring of voters is conducted in 50 Constituency Election Commissions. Exit-poll is conducted in 488 polling stations of 57 Constituency Election Commissions.
A total of 15 constituencies account for Baku and 42 - regions. The total number of observers makes up 2,476.
