NGO Observing Presidential Vote in Azerbaijan Reveals Irregularities

Azerbaijan, Baku, 15 October/ Trend , corr A. Huseynbala/ As of 02:30p.m. local time, 530 of 875 voters took part in presidential vote in Shusha-Fuzuli-Khojali-Khojavand Constituency Election Commission 124, Barda bureau of Advisory Council for Free and Fair Elections, which is observing presidential vote in Azerbaijan, said to Trend .

Sumgayit bureau of the Advisory Council said that 2,471 of 7,633 voters took part in the vote in 6 Precinct Election Commissions of Constituency Election Commissions 41, 42, 43 and 44. Observers say school directors and employees of Housing Department write down the names of voters in Precinct Election Commissions 21 and 22 of Constituency Election Commission 43. Majority of voters get their notifications sealed in order to submit them in work.

Precinct Election Commission 20 of Constituency Election Commission 20 in Baku said the voters became active afternoon and about 350 students voted. Hot line of the Council was informed that 70,000 voters were granted deregistration cards, who misused it and voted in two places. Observers reveal it by the inks in both hands of the voters.

The Council said as of 02:30p.m. local time, voters were very active in Khachmaz region of Azerbaijan (25%). Yasamal district of Baku accounts for the lowest indicator of voter activity (3%). Lankaran bureau of the Council said exit-poll reported at 02:30p.m. local time that Ilham Aliyev ranks first in the list of candidates. He is traced by Igbal Agazade, Gudrat Hasanguluyev, Hafiz Hajiyev, Fazil Mustafayev, Fuad Aliyev and Gulamhuseyn Alibayli.
