Four Armed Insurgents Arrested in Ghazni
Afghanistan, Kabul, 29 October / corr Trend A.Hakimi / In a joint Afghan and ISAF forces operation in Deh Yak district of Ghazni province a group of four armed insurgents were arrested while an arm depot was destroyed.
Colonel Muhammad Gul, the spokesman for 203 military corps in Gardiz city, said Khoshak village was also bombarded during the operation.
He said in the aerial bombardment a house was completely destroyed with a depot of light and heavy arms.
He said only insurgents lived at the house and survived the bombardment who was later arrested by joint forces. Deh Yak district is located in 20 km of Ghazni city and is relatively peaceful district compare to others.
In recent days aerial bombardments have increased against armed insurgents in Ghazni province.
Armed Taliban did not comment about the incident of Deh Yak so far.
