Georgia, Tbilisi, 31 October / corr Trend N.Kirtzkhalia / "I am  prepared to launch consultations with opposition concerning their appointment to posts in the Cabinet of Ministers and creation of coalition government, Grigol Mgaloblishvili, Georgian prime minister, said after the 3.5-hour consultations with representatives of parliamentary opposition late last evening (30 October).

"My offer on appointment of opposition to posts in the government is in force," President of Georgia said in Stockholm.

"We are prepared to discuss these issues and the principles, on the basis of which it is possible to establish such government," Mgaloblishvili said.

An offer on creation of coalition government is acceptable for Giorgi Tsagareishvili, an opposition MP. "This is the best way to overcome the state crisis, which our country has faced. It is difficult to imagine cooperation with some ministers, who work in the current government," he said.

Faction of Christian and Democratic Movement (CDM) believes that the creation of such government is possible, but it is necessary to define initially the principles of formation of the coalition cabinet. "The principles, but not persons in the Cabinet of Ministers, are important," Levan Vepkhvadze, vice-speaker from opposition, said.
