Russian President Dmitry Medvedev believes that the US president-elect Barack Obama will be open to changing position over a hotly-contested US plan for a missile defence shield in Eastern Europe.
"The US President-elect spoke on this issue more cautiously during the meeting with Polish President," Medvedev said. It means that American partners think about it. There are chances. The rejection of these plans is possible, ITAR-TASS quoted Medvedev.
