Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 22 / Trend , S.Kazimli/ Sources of false information on the placed bomb in the Baku Metro's stations have been determined and a lawsuit has been field on this case, the Nizami District Police Office told Trend on Dec. 22.
The service 112 of the Ministry of Emergency Situation received information on bomb hazard placed in Gara Garayev station of Baku Metro from an unknown man at 02.56p.m. on Dec. 21. The Ministry's employees went to Gara Garayev subway station and revealed that information about the placed bomb was false. The same case took place in the capital a while ago.
N.Narimanov subway station was closed because of false information on the placed bomb in the evening on Dec. 18. Inspections at the station revealed that information was false.
Investigations revealed that this information was received from public telephone in the Nizami District, the District Police Office said. The called person was a man. At present officers of the Nizami District Police Office and regional department of the Ministry of National Security are holding joint actions on this case.
The Nizami District Police Office field a lawsuit on this case in accordance with Article 216 (deliberately giving false information on terrorism) of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code, sent the case to regional department of the Ministry of National Security and the case is under investigations.
