Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 23 / Trend , R.Ergun, J.Babayeva/ Funding of youth organizations' projects in Azerbaijan will increase in 2009.
"Next year, the Ministry will save money and will allocate around AZN 200,000 for youth organizations' projects," Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov said at a news conference on the outcome of the year on Dec. 23. In 2008, AZN 150,000 was appropriated for this purpose, the minister said. "The Ministry does not possess great opportunities to finance youth organizations' projects. Anyway, a plenty of youth organizations' projects were implemented in 2008," he said.
