Aircraft wrecked in Afghanistan (UPDATE)

An aircraft of the Afghanistan National Army was wrecked in the Herat province, near the Andaskar city.
The accident caused the deaths of 13 people. Herat officials say the aircraft was wrecked due to unfavorable weather conditions and bad visibility.
Official of the Afghan Ministry of Defence Colonel Azimi confirmed in his interview to Trend correspondent that the aircraft was flying to Farah province was wrecked.
Senior Commander in the west zone in Afghanistan Fazal Ahmad Syar was among the dead.
