Georgia Hans Joerg Haber calls on the Russian side to make meorandum with the
observer mission of the EU, which the same has been with Georgian Defense Ministry.
According to him, the focus of this memorandum is to prevent weapons to be used
for the entire perimeter of the administrative boundary.
As Haber pointed out himself, the memorandum arranged with the Ministry of
Defense enables the observer mission of the EU to declare that Georgian side
did not harden the situation in the conflict zone.
