Georgia, Tbilisi, Feb.11 / Trend corr N. Kirtzkhalia / On Feb.11, lawyers of Joseph Kay submitted a copy of a document, according to which Inna Gudavadze, widow of Badri Patarkatzishvili, handed 50 percent of the property of the late oligarch to Boris Berezovskiy.
According to the lawyers, basing on the current agreement, Berezonvskiy appealed to the London court and demanded the half of Patarkatzishvili's property. In accordance with the document, Gudavadze handed the half of the property on Feb.25, 2008, several days after the oligarch's death. It was signed by all members of Patarkatzishvili's family except his son.
Joseph Kay partook in a news conference and said the very document became the basis for the suit of Berezovskiy.
The plaintiff said he fulfils the last will of his cousin Patarkatzishvili and will distribute his property amongst heirs as the late cousin wished.
"Neither Berezovskiy nor me are among the heirs", Kay said.
