Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to award several individuals on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of Lachin on Feb. 19, the AzerTag news agency reported.
Under the decree, Eldaniz Gasimov and Shukufa Rzayeva were awarded the medal "Honor for Public Service." Jannat Aliyev, Ogtay Hasanov and Amiraslan Mammadov won the "Taraggi" medals.
