Georgia, Tbilisi, Mar. 3 / Trend corr N. Kirtzkhalia / Georgian United Communist Party Chairman Panteleymon Georgadze passed away. He was 83 years old.
"Georgadze died in his house yesterday morning," political union "Hope" Leader Irina Sarishvili told Trend .
The death is supposed to be followed by stoke. The Georgadze's funeral will be held on March 7.
His sun Igor Giorgadze is expected to attend the funeral.
Giorgadze is wanted on attempts of assassination against Georgian ex-President Eduard Shevarnadze on Aug. 29, 1995.
