Head of Shamakha's branch of Azerdemiryolbank Bayramov Tural Zakir arrested, the Azerbaijani Persecution General said.
Bayramov was arrested upon the court's decision in accordance with 179.3.2 article of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code. Bayramov was arrested due to appropriation of strange property using official position.
According to the following articles of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code 179.3.2, 311.2, 311.3.1, 311.3.2 и 311.3.3 people taking leading positions in Lachin branch of the State Fund of Social Protection were arrested. They are Jabbarov Farman Baloglan and Musayev Mussa Rafii.
They are accused of taking bribe and appropriation of material means in great amounts.
There is also became aware of the arrest of Chairman of Hodzhasan municipality of Binagadi district of Baku city. Zafar Massimov arrested under articles 179.3.2, 309.1 and 314.1 Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. He is charged with abuse of authority, embezzlement using official position, taking the illegal decision of the land publicly owned and should not be subject to privatization.
In order to bring to justice other accomplices in a crime related investigations are continuing.
