Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies revealed a crime committed 6 years ago.
Burned bodies of a man and a woman were revealed on Kh. Mammadov street of Khatai region on April 4-8, 2003 as a result of joint operative-search and investigative actions conducted by the Head Criminal Investigation Department, Prosecution General, Penal Service of the Ministry of Justice and Police Department of Khatai region, the Interior Ministry said.
They were residents of Georgia Ramin Askerov and his mother Geychek Askerova. As a result of actions, it was revealed that Georgian resident Nazim Ajalov, imprisoned in penal service N 12 of the Ministry of Justice, committed this crime.
Criminal case was filed. Investigation is underway.
