President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov heard reports of military leaders and signed a decree appointing S.Ballyev as the chairman of the State Migration Service at the meeting of the Security Council, the Altyr Asyr channel reported.
Berdymuhamedov said that "our special care is training of skilled personnel, professionals new formations, armed with advanced knowledge and skills to work with the most sophisticated technology." The President also noted that special attention will be given to military personnel and law enforcement agencies comfortable housing, creating suitable conditions for their work and rest.
