Turkey, Azerbaijan to train militaries on joint struggle against terrorism
Turkey and Azerbaijan will hold training on "Fruitful management with crisis to reduce terrorism activities" in line with an individual program which Azerbaijan and NATO signed as part of the program "Cooperation for Peace".
"In May, Baku will host training on intelligence cooperation between Turkey and Azerbaijan in line with the signed bilateral cooperation plan between the two countries," the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Trend on May 1. "Moreover, teachers (tankers, artillerymen and signalers) of the Azerbaijani and Turkish specialized schools will exchange opinions."
Furthermore, training will be held on operations to support peace, training will be held in Gelabolu, Afyon and Sakarya for freshmen of the Turkish land forces academy with participation of officers of the Armed Forces Military Academy, as well as Istanbul will host training to improve measures to combat fire.
