Georgia Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze received Swiss delegation led by Secretary of State of Federal Department of Foreign Affairs Michael Ambiulem on May 20.
According to the Foreign Ministry, Georgia foreign minister thanked the Switzerland for impartial protection of Georgia's interests of and appreciated the work of the Swiss section of the protection of the interests of Georgia in Russia.
The sides discussed a wide range of issues, both bilateral and multilateral relations, the situation in the occupied territories of Georgia and regional cooperation.
Special emphasis was made on Georgia-European Union relations and Eastern Partnership's significance for the region.
