Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev issued a decree on the 8 May 2009 law on amending and supplementing the Law on Insurance of Deposits, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan is in charge of resolving questions arising from this order and within a month submitting to the President of Azerbaijan the proposals related to the decree. The Cabinet of Ministers and the relevant bodies of executive power are also in charge of bringing the existing legal acts into conformity with the law and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
