Greek parliamentary delegation to arrive in Georgia

Official delegation of the Greek parliament will arrive in Georgia on July 16-20. The delegation will launch its visit from Batumi, the Georgian parliament said. The delegation will arrive by charter flight.  

Greek MPs will meet with representatives of Greek friendly association in Adjaria on July 17. Argo Greek ship will arrive in Batumi port the same port. 

Festal ceremony of Argo meeting will be held in Batumi port. Chairman of the Parliament David Bakradze, chairman of Adjaria's government Levan Varshalomidze, the first deputy chairman of the Georgian parliament Georgios Surlas will meet captain of the ship Apostolos Kurtis. 

Argo will arrive in Poti on July 18.

Ceremony of congress opening will be held the same day due to trip of Argo.

Georgios Surlas and mayor of Volos city Alexandros Voulgaris will participate in the congress.

David Bakradze, Georgios Surlas, Levan Varshalomidze, chairman of Adjaria's Supreme Council Mikheil Makharadze will address at the congress.

Several meetings are expected to be held with participation of Greek and Georgian MPs in Poti and Batumi.

Greek official delegation will leave Georgia by charter flight from Batumi international airport on July 20.
