Kyrgyzstan's single opposition presidential candidate poisoned by psychotropic drugs

In Kyrgyzstan, a single opposition presidential was poisoned by psychotropic drugs. Leader the Uluu birimdik Party, member of the United People's Movement Emilbek Kaptagaev made this sensational statement at a news conference in 24.kg news agency on July 16.
He said it is already an established fact.
The member of the United Opposition Emilbek Kaptagaev said "yes, violation of speech and coordination of movements are observed on Almazbek Atambayev ". However, the candidate's claim for the highest political office notes that "he is courageous, and continues to hold his pre-election trips".
Emilbek Kaptagaev did not divulge the persons involved in the possible poisoning of Almazbek Atambayev, but stressed that they "know who might be this person."
This is not the first poisoning, alleged to be. When being the country's prime minister, Almazbek Atambayev also stated that he was poisoned. Atambayev said he fell and lay unconscious for about two hours. Later, the State Committee of National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic initiated a criminal investigation into the poisoning of the head of government, but the results of the investigations are still unknown.
