On July 23, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to adopt an agreement between Azerbaijani and Kazakh Defense Ministries on education of the Kazakh Defense Ministry's militaries in military education institutes of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, Azertaj news agency reported.
In accordance with the decree the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry was commissioned to implement the decree, and the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry is charged to inform the Kazakh government about the fulfillment of necessary domestic procedures for enactment of documents.
