Criminal committed grave crime in Russia was detained in Azerbaijan.
Citizen of the Russian Federation, Farkhad Mammadov, was detained on article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (premeditated murder) as a result of operative-search actions conducted by employees of police department of Terter region 9320 kilometers of Baku), Farkhad Mammadov was under investigation, press-service of the interior ministry told Trend on July 25.
Appropriate actions are being held to extradite him.
