Iranian Minister of Industry and Mines, Ali Akbar Mehrabian, is accused of misappropriation of other man's invention, Mehr information agency said.

Iranian Minister of Industry and Mines Mehrabian and his subordinate Musa Mazlum registered Farhad Salimi's invention on their names, Al-Arabiya information website said with reference to Iranian newspaper Hamshari. True owner of invention, Security of room during earthquake, salami applied to Tehran's court with demand to register this invention on his name.   

Plaintiff indicated in his statement that he represented this invention to Tehran's executive power in 2003.

"My invention is construction with the help of which it is possible to protect people located in house during earthquake by fixing it to walls. But executive power advised me to apply to supreme agencies. Afterwards, my invention was registered for Mehrabian and Mazlum," plaintiff said.

Mehrabian and his subordinate Mazlum even published a book of the same name.

Tehran's court proved minister of industry and mines, Ali Akbar Mehrabian, and his subordinate Mazlum guilty. Appellation court also remained verdict of Tehran's court in force.
