After the talks completed between Azerbaijan and Romania on Sept. 28, the ceremony of signing documents took place, with the participation of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his Romanian counterpart Traian Besesku.

After the talks completed between Azerbaijan and Romania on Sept. 28, the ceremony of signing documents took place, with the participation of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his Romanian counterpart Traian Besesku, AzerTAj state news agency reported.

The Joint Declaration on the establishment of strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Romania was signed by the Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Traian Besesku.

The agreement on joint combating trans-border organized criminality and international terrorism between the governments of Azerbaijan and Romania was signed by the Azerbaijani Interior Minister Ramil Usubov and State Secretary of Foreign Ministry of Romania Bogdan Mazur.

The agreement on cooperation in removing emergencies between Azerbaijan and Romania was signed by Minister of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan Kamaladdin Heydarov and State Secretary of Foreign Ministry of Romania Bogdan Mazur.

Memorandum on cooperation between the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Romania was signed by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Minister of Information Society of Romania Gabriel Sandu.

Memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan and Ministry of Environment of Romania was signed by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and State Secretary of the Ministry of Environment Dan Kirlan.
