President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a message of congratulation to President of the People's Republic of China Hu Jintao on his country's National Day - establishment of PRC and to Nigerian President Umaru Yar'adua on country's Independence Day, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
In the congratulatory letter, Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence that the friendly relations and cooperation between Azerbaijan and these countries will always develop and expand, and effort will be made for this.
