A person put up resistance on police was neutralized in Azerbaijan.
Ruzman Huseynov, 52, was killed, head of Prosecution General's public department, Eldar Afandiyev, told Trend on October 23.
He was killed due to putting resistance on law-enforcement employees during the operation on October 23 at night.
Law-enforcement employees found out that Huseynov was near his house and conducted the operation to detain him.
The operation was held to neutralize resident of Agdash region Huseynov on October 18 at 15:00. He was wanted in accordance with articles 177.2.1, 177.2.2, 177.2.4 of the Criminal Code.
During the operation armed Huseynov put resistance on the police. Huseynov ran away and killed resident of Kotavan village of Agdash region, former representative of executive power Bahshali Sayfalov in his house, as well as wounded resident of other village Famil Ahmadov, 37.
A criminal case was filed in accordance with articles 29,120.2.3, 29,120.2.4, 29,120.2.7 (attempt of wilful homicide, 120.2.10 (wilful homicide) and 228 (purchase, keeping and bearing of weapon).
