Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the loss of validity of decree 933 dated September 27, 2003 on measures to eliminate violations during registration at places of residence and stay of foreign citizens in Azerbaijan and on changes to the presidential decree 543 dated 12 March 2007, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
