On Oct. 3, Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev received outgoing Korean Ambassador Lu Kwang-Chul, AzerTAj state news agency reported.

On Oct. 3, Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev received outgoing Korean Ambassador Lu Kwang-Chul, AzerTAj state news agency reported.

The President praised the Korean ambassador's contribution to developing the two countries` relationship, describing his tenure in Baku as "a dynamic period for bilateral cooperation".
President Ilham Aliyev hailed the Azerbaijan-Korea cooperation, expressing confidence it would further develop.
"We, in particular, have wider prospects in the economic field."
The President also praised the role of the two countries' embassies in strengthening the bilateral relations.
Ambassador Kwang-Chul thanked the Azerbaijani government and personally President Ilham Aliyev for "high attention shown to our embassy".
The Korean envoy said his tenure in Baku was marked by establishment of good relations between Azerbaijan and Korea, adding "as an ambassador I spared no efforts to contribute to this".
Kwang-Chul pointed out there is a great potential to develop the Azerbaijan-Korea relations.
