Azerbaijan and Slovenia sign bilateral cooperation docs
Azerbaijan and Slovenia signed a row of bilateral documents today to facilitate cooperation, the AzerTaj state news agency reported.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his Slovenian counterpart Danilo Turk signed the "Joint Declaration on the Establishment of Strategic Partnership between Azerbaijan and Slovenia."
Azerbaijani National Agency for Mine Action head Nazim Ismayilov and Slovenian International Trust Fund for De-Mining and Mine Victims Assistance head Goran Gacnik also signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Industry and Energy" was signed by Azerbaijani Industry and Energy Minister Natig Aliyev and Slovenian Development and European Affairs Minister Mitja Gaspari.
Azerbaijani Economic Development Minister Shahin Mustafayev and Gaspari also signed a memorandum to promote future cooperation between their respective minitries.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Gaspari signed an intergovernmental agreement to annul the visa regime for diplomatic passport holders.
