Georgian Labor Party leader ends business visit to US

Georgian Labor Party Leader Shalva Natelashvili completed business visit to the U.S. The party's Ideological Secretary Kaxa Dzaqaniya held a press-conference on this issue

According to Dzaqaniya, the meetings were held with representatives from political and diplomatic circles in Washington 

Shalva Natelashvili met with the International Institute of the ruling National Democratic Institute of the ruling party Director Kennet Volac to discuss political situation in Georgia.

Natelashvili met with Nixon Center Head Dmitriy Saims and discussed the situation both in Georgia and throughout the region. Another meeting was held with regional program director for Eurasia at the International Republican InstituteNix Piv.

"The party leader told Nix that the institute and its president Michael Ken participated in Rose Revolution actively and facilitated Saakashvili to take the office. Natelashvili expressed hope that Saakashvili couldn't use the support of this institute any more," Dzaqaniya said

The leader will tell about the details of the visit at a special briefing in a few days
