Foreign citizens illegally engaged in street trading were arrested in the Azerbaijani capital.
Police arrested Pakistani citizens Dzhhouri Afzal, Muhammad Asghar and Ahmed Nazir, who live in Baku's Azizbekov district, the Azizbekov District Police Department told Trend .
The detained foreigners were fined in accordance with Article 235 of the Azerbaijani Administrative Violations Code.
