Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev on a life loss following an explosion in the Russian city of Perm, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
"The news of a great life loss as the result of an explosion in Perm was a source of great sorrow to me," the President said in his letter.
"On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I offer sincere condolences to you, families and relatives of the dead and all the people of Russia, and wish the injured speedy recovery," President Ilham Aliyev said.
