On Dec. 10, bilateral documents were signed between Azerbaijan and France within Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev's official visit to France, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
"Agreement between the Governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan and France on mutual exemption from short-term visa regime for citizens having diplomatic passports" and "Agreement between the Governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan and France on the conditions of establishment and operation of the culture centers" were signed by Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov and Foreign Minister of France Bernard Kouchner.
"Agreement between the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan Republic and the State Head Financial Office on technical cooperation" was signed by the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov and Deputy Director of Taxes Department of France Philippe Rambane.
