Police seized large amount of drugs from Iranian citizen in Azerbaijan.
Officers of the Imisli Region Police Department arrested Iranian citizen Asadi Mammad, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry told Trend . During the arrest, police seized 2.120 kilogram's of heroin and 7.800 kilograms of hashish.
According to the initial investigation, the arrested smuggled the drug from Iran to Azerbaijan to sell here.
Police launched a criminal case into the fact. The investigation is underway.
