Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze held meetings in Iran.
Vashadze and his Iranian counterpart discussed bilateral relations and the possibility of cooperation in the energy sector. Vashadze also met with other Iranian senior officials.
"Georgia welcomes Iran's active participation in the implementation of energy projects," Vashadze said.
According to the official, three or four groups will to intensify Georgia-Iranian relations.
