Georgia supports initiatives of Kazakhstan as the OSCE Chairman and wishes it success in their implementation, Georgian Ambassador to Kazakhstan Paata Kalanadze said at the meeting with Parliamentary speaker Ural Mukhamedjanov in the parliament.

Georgia supports initiatives of Kazakhstan as the OSCE Chairman and wishes it success in their implementation, Georgian Ambassador to Kazakhstan Paata Kalanadze said at the meeting with Parliamentary speaker Ural Mukhamedjanov in the parliament.

The sides noted the importance of the motto announced by the Kazakh leader that Kazakhstan's motto as the OSCE chair will be "Four T's": Trust, Traditions, Transparency and Tolerance, which will contribute to strengthening relations not only between countries of the OSCE, but also the entire Eurasian continent.

This was intended to promote International Conference on Tolerance and the Summit of Heads of States of the OSCE to be convened in Astana this year. Regarding the upcoming forum, held after the Istanbul meeting, the sides noted that people should get answers to their questions.

Speaking about the prospects of bilateral relations, the sides called for an intensification of trade and economic cooperation, which aims to promote parliamentary diplomacy, inter alia, the friendship groups established in both parliaments. In this regard, the ambassador conveyed the speaker the Georgian colleagues invitation to visit his country on an official visit at any convenient time.

At the end of the meeting, the speaker wished success to the visitor as an ambassador in Kazakhstan.
